Ken Wood is a Technical Product Manager over-seeing the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategy in Teradata’s Data Protection and Migration portfolio of products. Ken has over 40-years of experience in the computer industry. His range of experience extends from running cables under data center floors, to holding seats on industry standards boards, to running R&D teams in data engineering, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, infrastructure and software development.
In his spare time, Ken is an aspiring author, having published his first book, “Quantum Ball: A Tech Action Novel” in February 2022. By coincidence, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plays a large role in driving this technology and science fiction action story. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering.
