Presentation Abstract:
Recently, China Telecom has encountered the serious churn of mid- and high-end CDMA customers. The Company started to think about how to accurately identify the churning customers, effectively communicate with them and finally win them back. Therefore, China Telecom Hunan Branch worked with Teradata to launch the pilot project of the customer maintenance and retention through local network of Hengyang in 2009, where the CH3R (competition, high-end, revenue, relationship, risk) concept was applied throughout the whole process of the project.

Speaker Bio:
As a senior telecommunication engineer, Mr. Yang is now the Director of Enterprise Information Dept. of China Telecom Hunan Branch. He graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications with bachelor degree in Computer and Telecommunication in 1987, and obtained his International Management Master's Degree from Australian National University in 2001. Mr. Yang was engaged in the teaching of computer and data communication. He also used to work in the filed of technical maintenance and management of digital communication and program control switching system.
