• Presentation Abstract:
  Most financial institutions have developed numerous MIS and finance applications to meet specific business needs. This has resulted in numerous data marts that do not reconcile and over time have become difficult and costly to maintain. Approaching the finance functional requirements from an enterprise information management perspective has enabled banks to address this ever growing problem. Denise will present the drivers for change, the overall design approach, conceptual architecture and practical implementation considerations for Banking Institutions facing similar challenges.
  
  
• Speaker Bio:
  Reporting to the CFO of the corporate division, Denise is responsible for all corporate finance system including ERP, consolidation, budgeting, profitability applications and the MIS environment. She is also tasked with transforming the current information management infrastructure from disparate data marts in to an integrated strategic finance environment.
  
  

  Prior to her role in ANZ, she has held similar senior management positions with the National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
