• Speaker Bio:
  Barbara Hoefle is Senior Director of Enterprise Platform Services & Architecture. In this role, she leads the portfolio optimization across the DW/BI technology stack. As the leader of the migration to Teradata for Cisco, she has a solid background of driving innovation, inspiring her team to disrupt the status quo, and deliver a world class foundational Data Warehouse solution. This serves as the backbone of Cisco’s Business Intelligence capabilities. Her responsibilities also include Operations, Enterprise Data Governance, and Solution Architecture. 　　

  Before joining Cisco three years ago, Barbara started a software company specializing in real-time planning and execution across a company’s Value Chain. Previously she served as VP Sales & Marketing for the first ASP-delivered forecasting and scheduling solution for the call center industry. She was a Practice Lead for a Business Process Optimization consulting company for six year, and prior to that spent 10 years with United Parcel Service in Optimization and Operations management roles.
