  Ms. Liu graduated from Inner Mongolia University. She is now an on-job postgraduate at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). With more than 10 years of rich experiences in technical and marketing business analysis in the field of telecom operation , she is currently serving as the Director of Business Analysis Office, Business Support Dept. of Inner Mongolia Mobile. The Business Analysis Office, as an important unit of the Business Support Dept., mainly oversees the business management, data management and related analytical work for the operational analysis supporting system, providing support and guarantee for the development of mobile business in the region.
